RETURN POLICY Should it occur that the product is not to your fullest satisfaction, you can return your projector and accessory items – no questions asked. ProjectorTODAY, offers a 5-day full refund on all projectors and accessory items, excluding special order items. Special order items will be indicated as such before order processing. You must return the product 2nd day freight, insured, and in its complete original packaging. The full purchase price minus freight and 15% restocking will be refunded to you. This offer is only valid for orders shipped to the United States and Canada. FREE UPGRADE PROGRAM Should you realize that a more powerful projector would better suit your needs, take advantage of our absolutely FREE upgrade program. Simply request an RMA within 5 days of your purchase and ship back the projector 2nd day freight (insured). Please ensure that the product is sent back in original packaging without marking the box to avoid restocking charges. SHIPPING PROGRAM ProjectorTODAY offers FREE 3-day UPS ground shipment for all projectors (optional accessory items are FOB Calgary).
